Launched by 6 experienced recruiters in April 2009 with backing from Hamilton Bradshaw, Exsurgo actively recruits permanent & interim candidates across Sales, Strategy, Procurement, E-Commerce, Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Engineering & Logistics divisions on a retained contingent. We are principal suppliers to more than 25 ‘tier one’ Retail & FMCG clients.

Initially, the geographical focus of recruitment at Exsurgo was exclusively domestic. As Exsurgo has grown so have our clients. As a result, over 25% of our business is now conducted internationally.

Since 2009 the number of consultants at Exsurgo has increased by over 8 fold and now operate from three UK locations, with plans to open 2 additional offices in the UK and Asia.

We look to combine our expertise with thoroughness and speed to provide an exceptionally proactive and effective service.
