Exsurgo operations is a broad specialism, and while retail is our principal focus, our highly skilled network of candidates mean we also successfully deliver within affiliated markets such as leisure, hospitality, attractions, distribution, food service & centre management.

The operations offer is best viewed as two distinct teams:

Search – Principally recruiting in the £55k – £180k bracket, working with our clients in partnership, tailoring our approach & recruitment methodology to suit each unique assignment. With a dedicated team of industry experts and a first class network of senior candidates, we are well placed to deliver on both volume campaigns & bespoke searches alike.

Selection – Our volume operations offer is built to service junior to middle-management recruitment campaigns, typically working in the £18k – £45k banding. In a very PSL driven & competitive area, we offer market leading resources in combination with a dedicated account team, it is the calibre & work ethic of our consultants in this area that we believe genuinely set us apart from the competition.
