Exsurgo sales focuses mainly on the consumer market, across the middle to senior management level.

We recruit positions ranging from national account executive through to commercial director for leading businesses within the FMCG, electricals, entertainment and telecommunications sectors and are always striving to develop new areas of expertise.

The sales function also incorporates other commercial positions, such as category management, customer marketing and trade marketing, all of which have now become of paramount importance to organisations looking to improve their business performance.

We are open minded in our approach to candidates. Whilst the majority will come from an FMCG background, we have historically helped people move into the sector from another and in recent times, have found great success in seeing retail buyers make the transition into account or category management.
