Our client is a well known and unique retailer with a strong presence both in the UK and Internationally. Thanks to steady growth in both the on and offline channels the business is looking to recruit an experienced Search Marketing Manager to drive the profitable acquisition and retention of customers.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce this role is concerned with planning and delivering the search strategy for the SEO and PPC channels. Applicants will be expected to own and maximise the budget to ensure prominent positioning and increased traffic levels. Candidates will be expected to manage the relationship with 3rd party agencies and work with various internal teams to execute keywords and landing pages. The successful candidate will also identify opportunities to enhance the website to drive SEO improvements.
The Person
The role will require an experienced Search Marketing Manager with at least 3 years experience ideally gained in a Blue Chip Retail environment. Candidates will be commercially minded with excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to work at pace. The role will require an excellent understand of SEO and PPC as well as experience of using web reporting software.
