We are looking for specialist individual who is an expert in delivering analysis and insights from customer behaviour! A very rewarding and challenging role for someone who is very familiar with CRM software in particular Omniture, Smartfocus, SQL and SPSS.
Our client is an international leader in their field. They are very customer centric organisation who is looking for an individual who can interpret customer behaviour and motivations that will enable the client to improve the customer journey.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
-Customer data, management and analysis experience
-Work well cross functionally with the sales and marketing team
-Experience with Omniture (web tracking) software
-Experience with Quant and Qual data
-Results focussed, highly motivated and self sufficient
-Passionate about the customer and customer experience
