An opportunity to join an already well established non-food retail group at a time of positive change, you will be part of the senior team managing a high profile business unit in a global store estate.
You will have complete P&L accountability for an £80m+ turnover and have regular exposure to the exec board of the business. Due to this you must be a strong commercial manager with excellent people skills and the composure & gravitas to be credible in this peer group. In a role that allows more autonomy than usually found on the high street, you must be comfortable making business critical decisions at pace, working and delivering under pressure.
The business will reward high performance, ambition & drive with significant development opportunity. To be successful at this level you must have the capability & potential to deliver at operating board level. Currently you will be an experienced retailer with an impressive track record of achievement, and while specific product experience is not critical, having managed volume and pace in a people-focused culture will be of benefit.
