A fantastic opportunity to take on a Head of role in a huge UK retailer.
We are looking for a Director/Head of level retail professional who is looking for the next challenge in their career.
This role will set strategic direction and lead the Supply Chain function to maximise potential, ensure customer service and hit KPIs. You will also be responsible for managing supplier performance, setting SLAs, reverse logistics and and returns procedures.
The role has 4 direct reports, with a total team of over 70 people across Supply Chain and Logistics.
We are looking for:
Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification
Demonstrable experience in a Director/Head of level role within a major UK retailer
OR
Experience in an FMCG company at Director/Head of level with a background in a management role in a UK retailer
Experience managing supplier relationships, returns, reverse logistics, SLAs and external collaboration
Proven man management, excellent IT skills, highly commercial with strong analytical skills
