As General Manager you shall be fully P&L accountable for the delivery of sales targets and profits. You must coach and develop your team and make commercial decisions for the benefit of the business. Individuals should demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. You should have a customer focused approach with the ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions. The business is undergoing considerable growth therefore the ability to perform within a fast moving pressurised environment is important.
Interested parties must have a track record of delivering excellent sales results within a high volume supermarket food retail environment. Experience of acting with a trouble shooting capacity would be advantageous.
General Managers should be willing to relocate within New Zealand in keeping with the needs of the business and personal development. The business offers a good work life balance and opportunity to utilise your retail skills within a growing market place
