The National Field Sales Manager will be responsible for the recruitment and development of a team of Territory Managers who are in turn responsible for in store implementation and execution of brand and national account activities. The successful candidate will already possess field sales experience, be a highly effective communicator, be able to build high performing teams and input into the strategic direction of the team. They will have a passion for excellence and possess determination and resilience.
