Our client is a well known and award-winning retailer with a strong presence both in the UK and Internationally. They are innovative by nature with a very strong presence online and are renowned for providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Since their launch they have enjoyed a significant and sustained period of growth and because of this they are looking to recruit a Head of Content to help drive further growth.
The Role
In this position you will be responsible for planning and implementing the overall strategy for website Content in order to ensure the business continues to be at the forefront of the commercial market. You will be expected to manage the Content team and ensure that they deliver engaging content such as newsletters, promotions and rich media. You will be expected to liaise with a number of cross-functional internal teams and manage the top-level relationships with suppliers.
The Person
The role will require a commercially minded and experienced Content Manager with experience of managing a sizable team. Candidates will ideally be degree educated and be able to demonstrate strong written, communication and presentation skills and the ability to work to manage projects. Candidates will be computer literature, strategically aware and ideally have experience of HTML and Content Management Systems.
