This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the biggest retailers in the world. Thanks to significant expansion of their store base and business as a whole they are looking to recruit a Head of Online Trading to drive sales and growth in the web channel.
The Role
In this role you will report to the Director of E-Commerce and be expected to lead and manage the Online Trading team. You will be responsible for driving multi-channel sales by improving the presentation, content and merchandising of the site and ensuring that the customer experience is first class. In this role you will be expected to use analytics in order to improve customer journey and effectively trade the website.
The Person
To be successful in this role you will be degree educated with Online Trading experience ideally gained in a Retail, Electrical or Telecomm's environment. You will have strong man management, numeric, analytical and commercial skills and a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering sales growth through improved website performance. You will also have a solid understanding of all aspects of E-Commerce as well as experience of managing sizeable budgets.
